    • Launch experience is a plus
    • Successful implementation of engagement programs, advisory boards and congresses/symposia
    • Development of business cases, strategic evaluations of diagnostic options and diagnostic market landscape assessments
    • Development of companion diagnostic launch strategy for product teams together with the diagnostic partners and ensure successful execution
  • Impactful treatment(s)
    • High visibility and important upcoming launch within a significantly underserved and rare subset of patients with low prospects for survival and no efficacious options
    • Robust Oncology pipeline and Product Portfolio across Solid and Hem inclusive novel mechanisms and modalities – e.g. Next Gen IO and Cell Therapies, ADCs, MAbs and small molecules
  • Your Established Dx relationships
    • Your ability to cultivate and build relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, customers, and professional organizations
  • A company and leaders with a demonstrable dedication to developing its people
    • Hiring manager is empowering and provides the freedom to operate as well as support if/as needed
