Junto HLS is working directly with Leadership at a Top pharma to recruit a Director, Oncology Channel Strategy to lead this function in Oncology across multiple brands and upcoming launch.

    • Experience negotiating and managing trade partner contracts: Wholesale dropship agreements and Specialty pharmacy agreements

  • Work in Oncology
    • TA experience is a plus but is not required
  • Your People Management and Leadership skills
    • Coach direct reports and build/maintain team engagement
    • Influencing without authority – Significant interactions with VP level stakeholders across Market Access, Finance and Commercial
  • Your drive, operational excellence and ability to create order from uncertainty
  • Your strong knowledge of data and capabilities SPP customers provide
    • e.g. Adherence, abandonment, outcomes, REMS obligations and prescriber information
  • Growing organization and product portfolio – Multiple marketed products and workup for two upcoming launch
  • Low travel requirements – Approximately 10%
